Customer Problem
The customer needed a stable chemical dosing and online monitoring solution for circulating cooling water. The system required accurate delivery of scale inhibitor and biocide, combined with continuous pH and conductivity monitoring to maintain water quality within specification.
Solution Provided
TL Environment provided a compact dosing and monitoring configuration suitable for cooling water treatment. The delivery included metering pumps for scale inhibitor and biocide dosing, dedicated dosing tanks with mixers, a conductivity sensor, a pH/ORP controller, and a flowmeter for flow-proportional dosing control. The skid-mounted design minimised on-site installation work and allowed straightforward commissioning.
Result
The solution helped improve dosing stability and simplify daily operation. The integrated monitoring and control reduced manual intervention and provided the customer with reliable real-time data on water quality parameters.
