Product Overview
The HS Series uses a rotary dial for stroke frequency adjustment, offering a compact form factor and straightforward operation. It is an economical choice for small to medium water treatment projects, with a robust housing designed to withstand demanding industrial environments at low maintenance cost.
Working Principle
An electromagnetic solenoid converts electrical pulses into linear reciprocating motion. Each pulse drives the diaphragm forward, displacing a precise volume of liquid through the discharge check valve. On the return stroke, the diaphragm retracts and draws liquid through the suction check valve. Dosing rate is controlled by adjusting stroke frequency (pulses per minute) and/or stroke length, providing a wide turndown ratio of up to 1:100.

What is the maximum flow rate of this solenoid metering pump?+
The flow rate depends on the specific model. Solenoid metering pumps in the H Series range from 0.5 L/h to 60 L/h at maximum pressure. Refer to the technical table above for model-specific flow rates.
Can this pump dose corrosive chemicals such as hydrochloric acid or sodium hypochlorite?+
Yes. Liquid end materials including PVDF and SS316 are available for aggressive chemicals. PTFE diaphragms provide excellent chemical resistance. Please specify your chemical and concentration when requesting a quote.
What control signals does this pump accept?+
Standard models support manual stroke frequency adjustment. Advanced models (H+ and HS series) accept 4-20mA analog input, pulse input, and RS485 Modbus RTU for PLC/SCADA integration.
What is the ingress protection rating?+
IP65 as standard, suitable for outdoor and washdown environments. IP67 is available on request.
