Product Overview
The HJ-W Series uses a worm gear reduction drive to deliver excellent torque output and low-noise operation. It is designed for high-flow, continuous-duty industrial metering applications, with online-adjustable stroke length to accommodate varying process requirements.
Working Principle
A motor-driven eccentric cam converts rotary motion into linear reciprocating diaphragm movement. Dosing rate is adjusted by changing motor speed via frequency inverter or by the stroke length adjustment mechanism. Mechanical pumps provide higher flow rates and pressures than solenoid pumps and are preferred for continuous-duty industrial applications.

What is the difference between a solenoid and a mechanical diaphragm metering pump?+
Solenoid pumps use an electromagnet to drive the diaphragm and are suited for low-flow, low-pressure applications. Mechanical diaphragm pumps use a motor and eccentric mechanism, offering higher flow rates (up to 1500 L/h), higher pressures, and more stable output for demanding industrial processes.
Can this pump handle viscous fluids?+
Yes. Mechanical diaphragm pumps can handle fluids with viscosity up to 1000 mPa·s. For higher viscosity, contact us for a customised solution.
What control options are available?+
Standard models include manual speed adjustment via a variable-frequency drive (VFD). 4-20mA analog input and pulse input are available for automated control.
