Product Overview
The TL-OC Series Ultrasonic Open Channel Flow Meter provides non-contact flow measurement for open channels, weirs, and flumes. The sensor measures water level via ultrasonic pulse reflection, and the controller calculates flow rate using standard hydraulic formulas. Remote monitoring via DCS, PLC, or cloud platform is supported. Built-in digital memory ensures data integrity during power failure.
Working Principle
The flowmeter uses a precision measurement principle to determine volumetric or mass flow rate. The signal is processed by an integrated microprocessor and transmitted via RS485 Modbus RTU and 4–20 mA analog output for integration with PLCs and SCADA systems.
