The system integrates a dissolution/dilution tank, agitator, metering pump, level sensor, and control panel into a compact, skid-mounted unit.
Product Overview
Polyaluminium chloride (PAC) is the most widely used coagulant in water and wastewater treatment. Accurate and consistent dosing of PAC is critical for effective turbidity removal, suspended solids reduction, and sludge conditioning. The TL-DS-PAC system automates the entire dosing process — from chemical dissolution to proportional feed — eliminating manual dosing errors and ensuring compliance with effluent quality standards.
Working Principle
PAC powder or liquid concentrate is loaded into the dissolution tank, where an agitator ensures complete mixing with dilution water to achieve the target concentration (typically 5–15% w/v). The metering pump draws from the solution tank and injects PAC into the raw water pipeline at a controlled flow rate. Dosing rate is adjusted automatically via 4–20 mA signal from an online turbidity sensor or flow meter (proportional dosing mode), or set manually via the control panel (constant dosing mode).
