Product Overview
Many industrial processes generate acidic or alkaline wastewater that must be neutralized before discharge. The TL-DS-PH system provides fully automatic, closed-loop pH control: an online pH sensor continuously measures the process pH, the controller compares the measured value to the setpoint, and the metering pump adjusts the dosing rate accordingly. The system eliminates manual pH adjustment, reduces chemical consumption, and ensures consistent compliance with discharge pH limits (typically 6.0–9.0).
Working Principle
The online pH/ORP sensor measures the pH of the process stream in real time. The PID controller calculates the required acid or alkali dosing rate based on the deviation from the setpoint. The metering pump adjusts its stroke frequency or speed proportionally to the controller output (4–20 mA). A static mixer downstream of the injection point ensures rapid chemical dispersion before the pH is re-measured. The system can operate in single-stage or two-stage (coarse + fine) dosing configurations for improved control stability.
